Participants tasted and scored the fine Latino-themed cuisines at the various restaurants (who have now entered the Sabor competition), and you should visit them and other nominees in May to taste and score as well. See the nominated restaurant list and or nominate one of your favorites.

At the end of May SVREP will total the score averages and the top ten will be announced. In June we'll invite you to visit them through another series of "Candidate luncheons" and on July 1 the ten semifinalists will in a cook-off (details tba). The top two will the face last year's Premio Cua Winner Chef Cristy Lujan at SVREP's annual benefit on July 13 at the LA River Center:
